Food Is Medicine - Aventura

I have digestive issues, and it has been frustrating dealing with them. I often experience upset stomach and diarrhea after eating various foods, and whole wheat bread has been particularly problematic for me. However, since I started eating Joseph's bread, especially the Kamut Antique variety, my digestion has become much more regular. I no longer suffer from constipation, my blood sugar levels have stabilized, and I've experienced increased energy and reduced cravings. I typically eat half as much during meals now. The staff is professional and attentive, and it truly feels like I'm enjoying REAL food.

This is the best and healthiest bread in South Florida, and I believe it's the best anywhere. They offer large sandwiches and delicious vegan pizza, along with other fantastic holistic products that I highly recommend. Everything is strictly kosher as well.
