Cold Stone Creamery - Aventura

I visited many Cold Stone locations. And I have never seen or experienced a bad customer service. At this point all employees are on the phone at any time. They talk in the phone while they help. Also personal conversations before the customer and not suitable topics. Need better management and training. Very poor.

My go to cause it's the closest to me but you're alwaysssss gonna wait even if you order wayyyy ahead of time. It's just the way it is. The kids that work here are cute but kids....

Great place for ice cream! The place looks a bit shabby and there are a few tables outside but most of them are dirty. There's a great selection of ice cream and treats. You can build your own ice cream by choosing a base and toppings. They also have ice cream cakes and some other treats. The servings are pretty big.
