Pulpo - AVALON

The Italian cuisine here is incredible! The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it!

My wife and I came across some mixed reviews about this restaurant, but we decided to give it a try based on friends' recommendations. We were not disappointed. It's unclear what issues others may have experienced in the past, but everything seemed to be fixed now. The food was outstanding, and our waitress, Valerie, did an excellent job. I had the osso buco, and my wife ordered a fabulous salad. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. We'll definitely be returning!

The food and service were outstanding! The pasta was incredibly fresh, and the best part was how everything was served piping hot. It's the perfect spot for a date night!

Kayla was amazing. The time to tell us about all specials and was so knowledgeable about the menu. She knew exactly what we would love, based on our preferences. Kayla was so funny and committed. Everything we needed was right there to help. We loved Kayla! Will come back to see her again!!!!

We enjoyed a spectacular dinner at Polpo, including both the food and the service. Valery was our Server and she was professional, personable and knowledgeable. The entire staff was friendly and engaging and they clearly cared about the customers and each other. We had mussels, the Pomodorini salad, and the pasta special of the day. The pasta was amazing and included homemade basket-shaped pasta, mussels and a unique pesto-based sauce. The presentation of the starter, salad and entree was on par with any Michelin-rated restaurant in Manhattan or major European city. Avalon is lucky to have this establishment in town. Tim and Karen
