Brian's Waffle House - AVALON

Brian always manages to take care of her clients. You won't wait long to get a table. The food is good and hot. Prices correspond to the prices of the coast. I personally enjoy the coffee refill to go that they offer after your meal. Image is Brian's Big Bonanza. Enjoy!

Nice breakfast spot in Avalon. Fast, friendly service. Wasn't busy at all when we were there but it was raining so....

Clean and the service was fast; food came out within five minutes of ordering. We ate around opening time on a weekday and were one of two customers in the restaurant. Later in the day and on a weekend, the service might not be so quick.

Perfectly cooked waffle! Fast, friendly service, and definitely a place I’ll come back to.

My mom and I are so happy we tried Brian’s Waffle House! It’s our new favorite place for breakfast. It’s absolutely AMAZING!!!! If you want great service, great food, and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go!!! THANK YOU BRIAN’S WAFFLE HOUSE FOR BEING THE BEST!
