More than 20 minutes. No excuses. A lot of people dissatisfied. Review the organization.

Long waiting time, imperfect preparation and very small portion. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed during our trip.

The service is very random because a few days is good and others we feel disturbed. A lot of mistakes in orders. The mistake is human, but the minimum is to apologize. No other fast food downstream to have no choice. It may be this lack of competition that suppresses their service requirement. Too bad because there's a very good potential.
