Fantástico restaurante para poder degustar de una maravillosa y exquisita comida japonesa en Estepona, Cancelada y alrededores en la mejor compañía: pareja/amigos... Tienen muy buena carta y extensa; también tienen menús. Recomendable reservar mesa en el Tepanyaki. El espectáculo es digno de ver. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50

People kept coming in, and they still didn't serve them. They were only serving the family of 10 people, he even told us that until they finished eating, they couldn't do our thing. We were waiting for more than an hour, several customers left without being served. The food was rich, but expensive for the 10 minutes that they dedicated to us in the kitchen. I have been coming to this restaurant for years. The quality of the teppanyaki is very high, but the service has always been very slow. Normally we have not cared too much, but today was the last straw. Having a reservation and arriving on time, after sitting for an hour and 8 minutes they had not even brought us the starters. Having dinner with children of 3 and 6 years old and celebrating a birthday... you can imagine my angry face. In the end we have chosen to leave without dinner, of course they have charged us for the bottle of water and the Coca Cola that we had consumed. All this seeing how they continued to accept people in the restaurant and taking orders at home that did nothing but delay the tables more and more (by the way, the restaurant was 60% full, it was not full).
