Bidrage med feedbackOur Amex card hacked here yesterday. Beware if clerk slams drive thru window disappears awhile, coming back with nothing. Later 2 attempts to charge $880+ to our card--Amex fraud refused charges. Only place card was used. Last time visiting Burger King in Prattville!
Came here to have a burger and fries. They served me cold fries. I had to ask for hot ones. My question knowing fries were cold. Why would you serve them. . Just goes to show ya no care in the job you do. Take pride in whatever you do.
Ordered a bacon king and you could clear tell it was rushed. Was inedible had to drive back to get refunded. Would highly recommend avoiding this location.

Me and a coworker Ordered thru the app. I got the whopper no pickles, no onions, add swiss cheese, add mustard and what I got was a whopper with American cheese and ketchup only. My coworker ordered a whopper with American cheese, no onions, no mayo, add mustard. And what she got was a whopper smothered in mayo and no tomatoes. The food was cold. The girl on the speaker was rude. I have tried to call the store over and over and no one will answer. If you order here check your food before you leave because it will be wrong.
