Ruby Tuesday - Austintown

It took 5 minutes to get a server to get drinks. the garnel fondue was good. the escaped were not worth waiting. the only thing I liked was the ribs and the garnels. they had no mac and cheese during the evening meal. the brokkoli was not salted at all. The chicken pliers were baked. they had no pineapple on the cake. the ice cookie was not too bad.

Food was bad and service was worse!! The server focused on everyone but us! The four tables around us came in after us and orders were takin before us! We waited 20 minites for server to come take our order after we received our drinks! She went to 2 of the 3 tables that got sat after us and took their orders but all 3 tables got food before us!!

I have always like this place, but had dinner tonight and didn't make it home till I was suffering from a reaction to the food.. Now I am washing my clothes and need to scrub the inside of the car.. Twice I ask how the ribs where prepared Twice she said NO onions (opps guess she slept during that training video).. I usually post pics of my food.in fact I have many posted here....no more I can't recommend this restaurant any more...

Well ..service was so bad..smells in there like a very bad sewer. I wanted a salad ..the girl said it was 4.95 extra to any dinner..so when i ordered ribs ..big dinner. She said no salad bar is one of yours sides ...so i made a salad..put on gloves..it was ok..not much up there an kinda old leaf spinach...and ribs came out cold an seemed very old taste like freezer burn. .i ask to get new ones .an guy manager was like whats wrong..soo i waited like 20 more minutes..too have the ribs i had look like they just microwaved them to be nasty...i got my bill was 42.00 lol...got changed for ribs 21.95 plus salad bar 14.95..an tax ..i paid an left everything there. NEVER never again ..please move or close the smell from the city drain system or tank holden is soo bad. .food has been soo bad. ..please close up

Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries on door dash. The fries are nothing but salt and the sandwich is so burnt I am unable to bite it in places. This is not a door dash issue. This should have never left the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting.
