Whataburger - Austin

It can be challenging to maintain a positive and dedicated staff in the fast food industry, given the demanding nature of the work. However, this particular location excels in retaining exceptional employees who consistently deliver outstanding service. I highly recommend it!

This has been my best Whataburger experience yet. The food was incredibly delicious. I never have anything good to say about restaurants, and I never give anyone a 5-star rating. Keep up the fantastic work.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:09 p.m. on 9/9/22 to place a takeout order, but was informed that they were not serving customers in store due to low staffing. I was told to use the drive through instead. As I headed back to my car, I noticed two other cars pulling in and the guests entering the restaurant. I watched as the same person who had turned me away took both parties' orders. I was upset by what I saw and waited around to confirm that it wasn't a pick-up order, as they were treated like regular customers. It was disappointing to see that staff member or whoever was managing that night not following proper protocol.

Had heard about but never had a whataburger until today. It was big and tasty but the fries were pretty greasy and the onion rings were down right nasty. Do love the spicy ketchup the rest didn't live up to the hype. Might try a different location tosee

2 stars for the food always being good (because it?s whataburger), but my mobile orders are consistently missing items and the service is unfriendly. I just got home to realize a burger was missing from my order; I called and drove all the way back to getit corrected, and didn?t get so much as a sorry or a free cookie or anything. I?ll be choosing a different location goingforward.
