Wendy's - Austin

When ppl don't care .. it shows in the quality of the food. Cold burger sandwich is unacceptable. I been to other location and had far better experience. When food cost are at a all time high... when I pay 15 dollars for a simple meal it should be hot . Like steaming out the bag.Food: 1/5

Chile is especially good in cooler weather. I only whish they brought back Vanille frosty.Food: 5/5

If you want to dine in,you will be lucky if the dining room is open maybe two hours a day. I was having a coffee when I went outside briefly to grab something and got locked out with my stuff still at the table. Then they told me to leave. At4:30 in the afternoon.

*sigh*What can I say about this Wendy's ?It's the best of times and it's the worst of times. If you get there early enough during the daytime (regular working hours) the food is fine. But if you show up late night which is what they kind of specialize in, you might not get the best food at all. They really need to cut back on the late night and just stick to regular hours when there are more people on staff.

Spent. $30 .. got my order wrong. Ordered a Dave's double... And they gave me a chicken sandwich. When they handed me the drinks, they spilled over top on me as they were handing them over. They handed EVERYTHING to me at the same time and rushed me off. And didn't give me a receipt.This location has been extremely disappointing. It's not the first time I've been given the wrong order. It's turning me off when entire chain to be honest.
