Starters were too good. Specially the masala fries and paneer pakora! Love it

One of my favorite places. I would give it 4.5 stars. It has been very good to excellent every time I have gone, over 10 times but the last time I guess it was close to closing and so someone had scalded the Chai tea and refilled the cistern to get it thru the last hour. It was not very tasty.I LOVE the fact that they have Indian food but in good portions. I love eating a variety of food but since Indian food is my fave it is easy for me to go to a buffett and overeat. Then, I don't want to go back for a year. Tarka lets me eat Indian in smaller portion meals and smaller prices than a buffet, so I can go there several times a year!
