Bidrage med feedbackI love restaurants that have a unique story behind them. This one starts with a chemistry teacher who had a brilliant idea. Not only do they create delicious ice cream using organic and local ingredients, but they also offer a variety of tasty and interesting toppings for a small extra charge. They embrace the scientific process of making ice cream, which was both educational and delicious for me. My only suggestion would be to add more seating options.
This restaurant is really awesome! The server today was very attentive, described the process, and was very friendly. They make the ice right in front of you, which is really worth seeing! The horchata flavor was delicious. My husband enjoyed the beaders (caramel, peanut spine, chocolate shell, and brown butter powder) that he inquired about. Even the kids loved their ice.
