Trae delivered my order and was a very professional and respectful young man! He even asked if I needed anything else at that moment. When I requested some sauce for my popcorn chicken, he immediately went to get it without any hesitation or attitude. He thanked me for choosing Sonic and wished me a great night. It's the little things like that that make a big difference for customers. As a retail manager, I would definitely consider hiring Trae as a Manager in Training. He demonstrated excellent customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and excellent service during my last two visits to this location for breakfast on my way to work. In the past, the staff here had been slow and rude, and they often mixed up orders. It’s great to see this location making such positive changes!

There are several other Sonic locations in the area, and I highly recommend visiting one of those instead, as this particular Sonic is quite disappointing. They consistently get orders wrong every single time. Additionally, their Sonic Blast consists of almost entirely vanilla ice cream, with just a tiny fraction of toppings or ingredients.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a beef burger, and fries, and everything was cold—likely prepared about half an hour prior. The food was bland and not enjoyable at all. I won't be returning.
