I go here at least once or twice a week for breakfast. The B.A.T. bagel is one of the best bagels I've ever eaten, and it comes with a cute little watermelon slice if you dine-in. :

I love their paninis and waffles. Their smoothies don't taste good though. This place is pretty expensive though.

Cute and (very) little cafe. I brought my kids for brunch around 11am on a Tuesday. We were able to get a table as someone was leaving, but I could see getting a table during peak hours to be an issue. I would guess the whole dining room seats less than 20. That being said, this place was a total gem to stumble upon. The spicy tofu wrap was out of this world!! The waffle was also delicious. Service and attention to detail at a level all cafes should strive for.

Urgh I love this place SM. Great waffles and coffee! Fast service, cozy chill vibes and the staff is so sweet and always recommends me the best lattes to try! Love to seat outside with my pup when I come by!
