Jersey Mike's Subs - Austin

I attempted to order online for delivery, but received a message stating that this restaurant does not accept special instructions for orders. How can I customize my order? I am a fan of Jersey Mike's and would gladly give them a 5-star rating once this issue is resolved. I believe that for a $19 sandwich, I should be allowed to select my choice of cheese. Update: Despite the mention below, the delivery services confirm that this establishment has chosen to disable extra instructions for orders. This should be addressed! I will update my review if this is rectified.

I usually visit this restaurant regularly as it is typically a good spot with good customer service, but today at 10:17 am, the door was closed. The cashier noticed and opened it for me. The manager, Abigail, asked what I needed, and when I said food, she informed me they were not open yet. The cashier kindly mentioned it was only 10:15, but Abigail did not apologize for the confusion until prompted by the cashier. I found her to be rude. I will still come back to this place, but I would like to suggest to the upper management to be polite, especially when they make a mistake, in order to maintain good service.

I have only visited this restaurant twice, but both experiences were fantastic. The staff who served us on both occasions were very kind and attentive. The food was delicious.

I like the cheese steak at this place, it was always great. I just have to think that I'll be back soon.

Just can’t understand why you can’t get what you order.. if they would stop talking to each other and pay attention of they’re doing, maybe, just maybe the sandwich my be right.. I’ll be finding another place to go. To many times my sandwich has not been completed as ordered.
