Ichiumi Ramen Poke (haru Ramen)

Excellent ramen! The broth was not salty and just right. The grilled pork was also fantastic. I was really pleased with my dish.

The service at the entrance was prompt, and the food arrived quickly. The quality of the food is excellent; I highly recommend the poke over the bento boxes. The portion sizes are just right for the price. However, some of the meat protein options are a bit on the dry side, so I suggest opting for the grilled salmon or another protein for the entrée bento boxes. Unfortunately, the eggs on the ramen did not meet expectations, as the yolk was not runny.

The Ajitama was served cold. The chashu had grill marks, which was certainly off-putting and altered the expected char flavor. The broth was thin and lacked the depth needed to complement the noodles. While the noodles were decent, they weren't exceptional. Overall, I was quite disappointed. It felt like I was just buying pre-packaged ingredients from HEB and heating them up in a small pot.

We made reservations last minute on a Monday night and they took us. They took care of our big group and did a great job. We started with the steam dumplings and they were soft and tasty. I had the red rams and it was delicious. Spicy first, but I got used to it. The beef teriyaki bulgogi was super big that you could share it. It was served on a sizzling skill with a sweet and hearty taste. Come on.

Really really *really* good ramen. The broth is profound ? , the pork is great they char it. who knew it would make it so cool! , and the variations are distinct and, you guessed it, great. The specialties bulgogi ramen! are even greater. Yes, I'm going overboard, but hey, this is excellent ramen!
