Wow. I am completely stunned. I haven't had Lebanese food this good in a long time, especially from a humble food truck. Unbelievable. You guys have definitely won me over. I'll be back for sure.

5/5 stars I am eager to go back for more! Hummus Cuisine is a hidden gem. The falafel sandwich was incredibly tasty and a definite must-try. My only complaint is that I couldn't fit in another bite. Pro tip: order a side of hummus to go with your meal. I wish I had known this sooner. The sandwich was perfectly balanced and each bite was flavorful. Charlotte and Tony, the owners, were welcoming and attentive during our visit. Their strong partnership is evident in the quality of their ingredients and the overall warmth of the experience.

Fantastic! the couples who own it are absolutely sweet and so sweet. they really took a lot of pride on their eating and they should! it was absolutely perfection. we had the falafel plate and the Falafel sandwich, both were 10/10! very filling but not hard at all. we can't wait to be customers again!
