The drinks weren't enjoyable, and I can understand why—it was quite unsanitary.

I was informed that this chain and this particular location have previously processed card payments over the phone, so my experience here made no sense. When I placed a phone order, they didn’t inform me that they only took my card information to charge me in case of a no-show, but they wouldn’t use it for payment otherwise. Since I didn’t place the order myself and just went to pick it up, I ended up wasting 20 minutes trying to figure out why they refused to give me my order. They forced me to put my family’s order on my card instead of the one we intended to pay with. To make matters worse, they had my full card information handwritten on a piece of paper just sitting out by the register, which raises concerns about potential fraudulent charges. The food isn’t nearly good enough to justify this kind of hassle. The staff member I dealt with was dismissive and unhelpful, even trying to convince me that this was the standard way the system worked, which is not how any POS system I’ve encountered operates.

The food is below average, but the prices are above average. They only have two high chairs available. I would recommend taking your family elsewhere.

The food is decent. BUT $22 for an iced coffee and a bowl of noodles.

Great for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the shaved ice as an ice cream alternative. Boba tea is mid but everything else is great!
