So I checked my gift card for triple J yesterday earlier before I headed 7 miles to get over to the Chipotle that was closest to me on my bike and it's at $11 Somehow someway it glitched or whatever it meant 11 cents and I rode all the way over here and literally order my food and go pay and it took Levinson's so I had no way to pay for my food I was starving hungry haven't eaten in a couple days and I go to get on the phone and I'm sitting on the phone trying to get it situated and Maurice the guy who was behind that counter working Took it upon himself to buy me my dinner that is what this world is missing helping each other not just customer service we all have to be in this togetherThank you Maurice how you
This location used to be great. Now, not so much. 8pm on a Wednesday night and the line is out the door. Line is going slow, all tables dirty, food pans are scant with hardly any burrito fillings in them, serving surface looks gross with old food scattered about,, no guacamole, no sofritas, no watermelon limeade and no manager in sight. Six teens working in slow motion with no direction! I wanted a sofrito burrito with guac. I guess next time I will go to another location.
I gave it four chances, officially not going to this location. Always 20-25 minutes to get dine in. I get the understaffed issue possibly, it seems more like a communication issue going on at this store. Two people making orders while a line piles up for people who need to pay. What did it for me was the mobile orders I had on multiple occasions where the food isn't on the pickup shelf, but 20 feet away in the kitchen. Just getting someone's attention to grab my ready order was enough for me to go five miles further to the Parmer/McNeil location. Those guys are rockstars. 5 min dine in max and no wait on the pick up orders.
I think they are uping their game! I really enjoyed my bowl. The chicken was so fresh and flavorful, and the serving of guacamole was quite generous! (I should give 10 stars just for that) There was an employee named Zach who was very attentive with cleaning tables and customer service. He even noticed someone had left their purse behind and made sure to ask everyone before getting it secured with the counter staff. The furniture is kinda cold metal which added to the cold a/c, but it's has been over 100 degrees lately, so I can't blame them. I will definitely be back!
I thought I paid for a bag of chips, not a handful of chips..?! Can literally see the bottom of the bag.
