Been a customer here for about 4 years now nothing has changed much. The old Asian lady that owns the place doesn't take any BS from anyone. If you can't handle that this isn't the place for you.From experience going in person and waiting 15 minutes or so is the best way to get your food. It's always hot and always what you ordered no mess ups.The food is solid and they give you plenty for the price. Best Chinese food I've had and it's a lot better than panda express.Can't say much about online ordering. (don't trust starving uber/doordash drivers trying to munch on my food

I ordered combination lomein and the order that they gave me was combination fried rice. The woman was VERY rude on the phone. She said that I would have to bring the food back tonight in order for it to be replaced. She said that if I waited until tomorrow that the food wouldn't be fresh and she wouldn't be able to reserve it.? Since it was cold and raining outside I asked her if they could deliver it. She stated No one wants to drive over there She did offer 10% discount for the next day. This by far is the worst service that I have ever experienced. ? ?

HORRIBLE I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS ONLINE BUT FOR SOME REASON THIS PLACE HOLDS THE ORDER INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN. TELLS YOU YOUR FOOD WILL BE READY IN 20 MINUTES THEN PROCEEDS TO NOT MAKE ORDER UNTIL YOU GET THERE. THIS IS THE 3 TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. THE LADY AT THE FRONT ALSO CHANGES PRICES AT WHIM.

General Tso chicken is very good! Normally I would say the same thing about their wings. But my last visit there, I got the teeniest tiniest chicken wings I've ever seen. I think they came from baby chickens. Anyway I feel ripped off
