Okay in the past I thought this place was just okay in large part because I took the fusion too literally and tried mixing things that were too Korean and too Mexican like kimchi and cheese. This last time I stuck to all Asian flavors and had a noodle bowl (the noodles are fantastic) the whole thing was superb. I would say there are better places for Mexican, so just leave out the cheese and beans and you’ll be pretty satisfied with whatever you create

It 's.... uhhh... 'interesting '.I 've had korean-Mexican fusion before, and it 's a great combination, but this is poorly executed. There needs to be pre-designed options for the burritos, not just the bowls. People are guaranteed to make something they don 't like that way without any sort of guidance

The food is great. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The women working the front don 't know how to separate work and act professional when customers are present. First walked, they are laughing and playing. We waited for a bit, and afterward said can we go ahead and order? They are still playing around. We asked for 2 orders of Kimchi Fries and they kept laughing and playing and not paying attention to what we were requesting. Proceeds to add ingredients, that we did not want, a complete disaster. As we got to the end, they are still playing and ignoring us. Gave us 1 order when we asked for TWO orders. We repeated that we asked for TWO orders. They laughed right in our face and said you want two orders? HeeHee Hee, At this point, we are annoyed and decided to leave. We asked for a refund of the 1 order of fries. They continued to acted clueless on why we were complaining and they don 't know why we want a refund and says to the other person to get the manager. The manager came and gave us a refund and we left. These women are extremely rude. I get having fun at work, but not everyone cares for your fun. We just want to get in and get out and when your fun is causing you not to do your job right it 's annoying. Yes, we left the food and got a refund! The customer service made me feel uneasy and annoyed.

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit, but unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. The lady preparing my food was quite rude, and they were out of chicken without offering any sort of compensation. Additionally, the cashier attempted to double charge me. To top it off, they forgot to include my sauce in the to-go order. It’s a shame because the food is really delicious; it’s just the service that was lacking.
