I've reached a point where I can no longer recommend this place. Today was my final visit, and it's disheartening to witness the decline of what was once an excellent establishment. Medici used to set the standard for lattes, but my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. Both the quality and the service have noticeably worsened. It's truly unfortunate to see this happen. Additionally, they don't appear to enforce their no pets policy, which is another letdown.
