Buffalo Wild Wings - Austin

How bad is their service that it takes two hours to order a simple dinner ready and still get wrong!? my wife never got her order. it was 10:30 a.m. when we got the order and couldn't even order from anywhere else. that really made me mad at buffalo wild wings. we couldn't even get someone on the phone to ask about our missing order. you can roll the cubes on this place, but it's not for me.

The location announces the closing time by 12 o'clock. we were there at 11:10, and they refused, the service from the ground that they wanted to close soon. Yeah, we've ordered a hurry. the person who gave us the order was nice.

I had some hot wings here a couple months ago that were the blazing hot bone in wings. WOW It had me tearing up. Love it ! I’d do it all over again.

Not very busy for a Friday night. They are definitely understaffed, so we didn’t mind waiting an extra 20 minutes for our food. We totally understand that. But to forget side sauces, veggies, fries, and make one order bone in instead of boneless…from an online order?? That’s a little sad : Food tasted decent tho. I think highlighting or checking off items on the receipt as you bag them would make it easier not to forget items in the future. Overall not worth $50

Just look at the picture of my order. That says it all. Stay away. This place has become the biggest rip off.
