I'm a doordasher and when I pick up food the food it's supposed to be ready. I'm not supposed to have to make the drinks this store on powder springs road in marietta is always rude to me they make me fix the drinks they hardly understand any englishFood: 3/5

The lady at the counter (possibly owner) is very rude. I placed an order over the phone and when I picked up the order my fries were not in there. I looked at the receipt and I was not charged for them so obviously there was a miscommunication when I placed the order. I asked if I could order a side of fries and she charged me $3.99 when the menu clearly says that it’s only $1.99 to add on fries. When I asked her about it she gave me some excuse which I couldn’t even understand. I will go just go to another location from now on because the customer service here has really gone downhill.

The front desk people are literally PSYCHO! I had 3 people in my car when I placed this order witnessing my order. Two ten piece combos all drums. Upon receiving my order it was incorrect both orders had 3 flats in each order. When I let the women know it was wrong she stated she would not make that mistake and would only fix one order. I informed her well I will keep the order you fix and refund my other order. She became irate yelling in her natural tongue and then stated she would refund the whole order. These people rush you off the phone when you are placing the order so it makes sense that these mistakes occur. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I have never had a problem paying the extra 50 cent EVER. This woman genuinely believed she is incapable of taking an order incorrectly and that is why this business will not thrive. Go to KingKong wings if you want great wings and great customer service.

Second time coming and the lady was rude. I couldn’t hardly hear her over the mic and barely understood her. I had to keep repeating myself. Don’t waste your time going. Never again.
