Village Inn - Aurora

Attentive friendly manager, server, who has done everything right, delicious eating that everyone in our party of five satisfied. the burger and tweepering rings were delicious, as were all combo breakfast plates.

Came here for breakfast a couple days ago. I got the eggs benedict, the hash browns that came with it were delicious! My friends got the french toast and pancakes and said they were both good. Our waitress was super nice and helpful!

Customer service is lacking. The hostess was rude, I think she would have rather walked on glass than be at work. Our server was good, took a bit long to be greeted, especially of how many staff members seemed to be standing around.

Me and my girlfriend sat down for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged us. Not even to get us drinks. 3 families sat down in our area after us and got served before us. The families even got their drinks and ordered and we still were never acknowledged. Do better.

Breakfast was good for the value of a basic and hearty option. Felt top tier compared to Denny's, IHOP, or traditional chains. Our waitress was really nice, experienced and made our breakfast experience great. She has been a waitress at this place for decades and she had pride in making your morning special with solid food and great service. Good place to be a regular patron.
