It takes a bit to get your food after you order, but we'll worth the wait. Food is delicious ?

The restaurant has amazing horchata and very friendly service. Their food is also quick and delicious.

Please be cautious when eating at this place. I had tripas last week and ended up with food poisoning. I was very sick for 4 days and had to go to the emergency room. Symptoms included abdominal pain, chills, dehydration, dizziness, fatigue, fever, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and stomach cramps. Be careful when dining here.

I have no idea what you are all talking about. I went to this place regularly when I lived on that side of town. I recently went to a birthday party in my old hood and stopped to pick up some tacos for everyone for the afters. It's not a fancy place, and it IS on Colfax, so expect to get the Colfax experience. We had the same crackhead knock on our window twice while in the drive-through, waiting for our tacos. I ordered a dozen tacos. Half pastor, half asada. The pastor are ok, but the asada is always on point. The red and green salsas are super flavorful and spicy. I brought these tacos back to my Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cubano friends. They loved these tacos and were doing happy dances while eating them. This place would benefit from operating out of a food truck, instead of this run down brick and mortar on Colfax.
