Taco Bell - Aurora

After visiting Taco Bell and clearly stating "beans, no beef," they still included meat in my Mexican pizza. I can overlook the $5 fees, but I hope this review will make a difference.

When we returned to complain, it turned into a lengthy argument of about four minutes. In the end, we were only offered one side of steak as compensation; there was no replacement for the tacos or any other resolution. We spent $33, and while I understand that fast food places deal with a high volume of customers, it seems there should be more emphasis on ensuring customer satisfaction. It begs the question: what happened to the idea that the customer is always right?

There was one instance when the lobby was open, but no one was at the counter, which made it difficult to get assistance. We ended up placing our order through the automated kiosk, which was convenient, but again, we didn’t see anyone until our food was brought out by a worker who quickly disappeared. If there had been a problem with our order, it would have been challenging to get help. On another occasion, when we decided to grab dinner and the lobby was closed, they messed up our order. The drive-thru line was long, and we didn’t want to wait 20 minutes just to fix it. Overall, I enjoy the food, but the service and lobby hours need some serious improvement.

I have to be honest. I'm not a fan of taco bell, but I had starving. the reason for the 5 stars is because the guy in the window, who did on his cup had excellent customer service skills. Thank you, brother.

The motivation to prepare to the food doesn't seem to be there. The last couple times I've ordered anything with beef, the meat seems to be at a bare minimum. I'm talking about more grease the meat. Ive tried calling the store and no one has ever answered the phone.They also seem to always close early due to low stock, or thier frier is down, or no one will answer the kiosk. I would much rather drive to a different Taco Bell a few blocks away.
