Panera Bread - Aurora

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I can honestly say that the customer service was very efficient. The food was absolutely amazing. As always, the atmosphere was pleasant and not crowded, allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace. Our food was served promptly and tasted delicious. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service, and I’ll be back here more often!

I ordered a $13 salad, and it had only four small pieces in it and was hardly filled. I tried calling, but after the fourth attempt, no one answered, and the call was just disconnected.

Today, we had dinner at Panera, and I was left waiting for about 30 minutes for my order. When it finally arrived, my food was cold, and I only received half of what I ordered, while I had to ask multiple times about the rest. The staff seemed more focused on their personal conversations than on serving customers. A manager named Sara was particularly unfriendly; she seemed to accuse me of lying about my order, which made me feel like I was being interrogated. Even after we showed her proof of what we had ordered, she continued to act as if I was being dishonest about not receiving my full meal. This visit, which was meant to be a pleasant family dinner, turned out to be the opposite. It was the worst experience I've ever had, and I do not recommend this place!

Great food. a little expensive. always has to pay for extra meat on sandwiches.

I like their sandwiches, it's really fresh.The soup is so rich and tasty.Pizza is also goodness.
