Los Comales - Aurora

We were disappointed with the food quality, the tongue tacos were dry and lack seasoning even added salt to help with the flavor but it did not help. The burritos were overloaded with sour cream and lacked steak in them. I wasn't even sure it wassteak. It could of well been ground beef. The specials came with rice and beans, the rice seemed like it was left over rice fromthe day before. The only good thing I was the chips, except for the salsa it lack salt and for whatever reason is was warm. I dorecommend the rice water (horchata) that was very good.

Worst tacos I have ever had. Ordered tongue taco and it was old and dry. They had them sitting in a warmer cause the paper was stuck to the hardened tortilla. Worst experience ever. Would give them a -0 stars if possible.

It was my first time dining at this restaurant, and since I don't speak Spanish or know much about the ingredients, I was a bit apprehensive, especially because I prefer milder dishes. However, the waitress was incredibly respectful and took the time to explain the menu and the various dishes to me. At that moment, I was the only non-Hispanic person there, but I felt genuinely welcomed thanks to the attentive service. This made the reasonable prices feel even more valuable. I highly recommend that you visit and experience it for yourself — you might just be able to provide Los Comales Aurora with a review that does it more justice than I can express here.

My family and I visited this restaurant on Easter Sunday. We used to live in Aurora, but we moved about 50 minutes away two years ago. However, this place continues to be one of our favorite spots for Mexican cuisine. The service and food were outstanding! Our meals arrived much faster than we expected, and our server memorized all our orders perfectly, even with some special requests from my parents. The prices were quite reasonable as well. Unfortunately, I didn't catch our server's name, but she wore large glasses and definitely deserved the tip we left her! We all left feeling very satisfied and full.
