Chili's Grill - Aurora

Fantastic server was very kind and helpfulThey are having technical difficulties in the kitchen and there was a delay in getting our order out but our server and the manager handled it incredibly professionally.The server easily deserves a raise/commendation. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. The children's grilled cheese wasn’t grilled or melted—it was completely white. The margaritas tasted like acidic water, the children's fries were wet and soggy, and the queso was cold. The ultimate smokehouse combination was incorrect, and the children's cheeseburgers were also cold. As I understand it, everything else was ready by 7 PM (still 30 minutes late), but then sat for another 30 minutes before being served. I couldn't speak with a manager because they were in the kitchen, which is unfortunate for them, but it contributed to an overall terrible experience. I am requesting a full refund and hope for an additional compensation, as I would like to see these issues resolved and have the opportunity to eat here again.

Chili's is a fantastic spot to visit. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for conversation. I highly recommend it for a budget-friendly night out for two, especially their 2 for $25 deal!

The staff was excellent, promptly refilling drinks and serving food straight from the grill. They were also very friendly.

I honestly hate going to this particular restaurant because every single time I put in an order they always screw something up. I usually go to the one in Lakewood where I work and they always do an amazing job but this 1 here in Aurora just can never seem to get it right. The only reason why I have gone to this particular Chili's is because they are 3 minutes from where I live. Every time I come here they forget to give me my sides or if I asked for something extra they just don't include it. I always get dry nachos... just wish they could get it right ugh
