Buffalo Wild Wings - Aurora

I have visited this restaurant a few times. The service at the bar was good, with orders taken and food brought out in a reasonable amount of time. However, when not sitting at the bar, the service was slower, but since we were only having snacks, it was not a big issue. On our last visit, we were seated promptly and had drinks in about 10-15 minutes. However, after being ignored for almost an hour by our server, who seemed preoccupied with other tables despite not being very busy, we had to ask for the manager. My child was complaining about being hungry, so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. The management offered to comp our drinks, but we still chose to leave.

The waitress was extremely friendly and even assisted us in ordering when we were unsure. The entire team was very courteous and I felt like a valued customer. They exceeded expectations in providing excellent service.

This restaurant is the slowest I have ever experienced. The service is practically non-existent. Expect to wait over an hour in the restaurant and on Doordash. In fact, Doordash called me after an hour and cancelled my order because my delivery driver had been waiting for over an hour. That's how terrible this restaurant is.

I ordered takeout of wings and chips and salsa they literally placed my chips on top of my chicken wings and now my chips are soggy. I have never been to a place where they place the chips on the wings. Unacceptable. If you have to place in same container wrap those chips up so it won’t touch the other food that will make it soggy.

This location has a great staff and even though it was a hectic dinner rush, they were on it! Unfortunately, just picked up take out, and we're short wings.
