Aurora Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Gluten free deep dish is my wife's favorite. I like the Lou thin crust with pepperoni and black olives. Really good. This is a regular for us.

Great Italian beef sandwich and super friendly staff. I was sitting at the restaurant next door not realizing they closed early, and Jonis (a Lou Malnati?s staffer) saw me sitting there and let me know that Lou?s is still open and could make me an amazingsandwich. It was right before closing and the staff was polite, helpful, and didn?t act inconvenienced at all. Best of all, thefood was delicious (way better than what I would?ve gotten next door).

The pizza here is really good, but I'm giving it just 1 star until their support team contacts me regarding the promotional medium pizza I was supposed to receive for downloading the app, along with my rewards points.

I had a craving for some thin crust pizza from Lou’s and ordered delivery from the Orchard Road location. I’m so disappointed. The pizza was overcooked and as hard as a rock. There were maybe four pieces that were actually edible. I’ll definitely reconsider my next late-night pizza order.

This location offers pickup only, but I absolutely love their salads. Plus, if you sign up for their rewards program, you can receive a free medium pizza.
