Ambli Mexico Cherry Creek - Aurora

Visit by wisconsin, found ambli and expected that there is a place for a special occasion where we eat, drink, speak, about an hour or so as “Tapas” and “shareable plate” was mentioned on their website. this expectation was met by amazing tellers and surpassed, really every dish we had all eaten were drinks just as good, and the service was so on point, it felt like we were masters. we spent almost 3 unforgettable hours at ambli so! for our table of four, we took personal recommendations and had lobster shooters, tempura cauliflower, brussel sprouts, lamb ragu and kukuku paka. I can not recommend one about the other as it was all fantastic, but the kuku paka was probably the most surprising or unique!

Like many others have mentioned, this is a hidden gem. The atmosphere upon arriving is super inviting, warm and modern. Our service was amazing as was our margaritas. I enjoyed the seafood pallea which was to die for. There was a subtle kick of heat embedded in the warm rice dish that was so delicious to eat. Everything we ordered was amazing. And the flan was superb. Definitely give Ambli a try!!

Ambli Mexico is a must! The service is fast, friendly and fun! The atmosphere is posh and chic. Every single food item is delicious from the street corn to the duck rolls. The severs know their menu and will not steer you wrong. The margaritas are made to please! This hidden gem is an absolute treat, I highly recommend!

Not exactly Indian restaurant but the place serves good fusion food options. Ambiance is really good and place does get crowded on weekends. We tried Vegetarian sampler Primarily Indian food with 3 curries. The taste was pretty decent. Saag Flatbread is another good veg option with cheese, tomato toppings. They do have a big list of drinks to choose from.

The ambience is fantastic here and love the service! We decided to try three different drinks and they were all fantastic (mine was lychee.. we also ordered the fig flatbread (pretty good), the burrata dish was sadly very bland and lacked seasoning completely! The lobster ceviche was way over powered by the celery in the dish. Now the chicken potstickers were fantastic!! The sauce was fantastic!! That was the highlight of our meal and I would definitively recommend this over anything!!
