Bidrage med feedbackI’m a DoorDasher and will no longer accept orders from this restaurant. I checked in with Jordan at the register, who lied to me and witnessed me waiting for over 10 minutes for the order. I had 2 orders assigned to me. Finally the general managers emerges from the back, way to finally do your job, to tell me the order wasn’t even sent to the cooks yet. I tell worthless Jordan I’m going to get my 2nd order from across the street and return. Upon returning the worthless store manager CANCELED THE CUSTOMERS ORDER! Because I no longer stood there waiting the customer now has to replace and repay for their food. Very rude from the minute they don’t say hello, just how can I help you. I’ve never ate at Panera and after the terrible experiences every time I pick up an order I never will. So for my fellow Dashers, be prepared for 10+ minute waits and rude service.
I really adore this place. I visit at least three times a week for work and I always leave happy. The staff is fantastic and always upbeat. A big thank you to everyone for brightening my mornings.
I bring my elderly mother in law here for the tomato soup. It's her favorite. The staff at this location are ALWAYS consistently polite, helpful and friendly not to mention quick. Tonight the person that took our order was a cute girl with a septum piercing. She was super patient and professional. 5 stars from me and my ride or die. She says the soup was smackin'. Our compliments to the chef.
It was terrible. my daughter and I corrected the order twice. my job was a Broccoli-Cochdar bread bowl. my daughter ordered the plus that I think it was called salat and a suppassee. when I returned to the kitchen, the server argued the point. he should just do it. my daughter bowl was dirty. they need to overtake their personal
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I placed an order online and paid for the full order before arriving. However, when I got there, only 1 out of the 3 items I paid for was available. The manager did not apologize and instead asked when I placed my order, even though it was clearly indicated on the acknowledgement she had. The website showed many items as sold out, but what we ordered was still available. The manager was unhelpful and showed low customer service, even though they had my phone number from my order and could have informed me beforehand. The only item we received was also half the size it should have been. When a customer is charged for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the least they can do is apologize and offer an alternative. This experience was disappointing and I have never had such a bad experience at a Panera before.
