A' Tumminia - AUGUSTA

I went several times to A Tumminia Pizzeria, initially I fell in love with Pizzas, the dough is incredibly tasty, crunchy and light, and toppings always fresh and well combined. Then I tried the famous Pizzoli and woooowwwwww, simply incredible! The dough is prepared with mixtures of ancient grains and slow leavening which gives the Pizzoli and Pizzas a unique texture. The dough doesn't get gummy and heavy once it cools, just great! The owner Marcello is a great person, very kind, nice and always available to satisfy all customer requests. I strongly recommend eating again and again in this Pizzeria&Pizzoleria where quality, courtesy and cheerfulness make it a special place!

Eating a good pizza seems easy but, in fact, it is not: here they managed! one of the best pizzas I ate: crispy and digestible pasta, balanced flavors, prices in the norm! Congratulations!
