Bella Italia - Augsburg

To experience a nice evening with a good wine and to dine comfortably, we reserved a table for 18.00. We ordered a large bottle of mineral water, two bottles of a very good white wine and as main food three fish (Branzino) from the grill. The drinks were served quickly. A wine cooler was also brought for the wine. But we noticed that the waiters worked uncoordinated and unstructured. No waiter felt right for our table and they were obviously overwhelmed. Already when the order was received, a waiter showed that he had very little knowledge of German that he had difficulty understanding us. After a reasonable time, he brought the grilled big fish and asked us if he should disassemble them. We clearly said no and expressly emphasised that we serve all the fish and then want to disassemble them ourselves. Then he took the fish with and to our anger, and then served them totally plucked after a few minutes. Our subsequent deficiencies at the managing director did not succeed. She took the waiter in protection and didn't believe us. To the fish we had ordered a rocola salad instead of the potatoes offered and the grilled vegetables. The salad then brought us turned out to be a mini-portion rocket with two cherry tomatoes. When the account was handed over by the managing director, this salad was calculated with Euro 4.50. A protest on our part was rejected by the managing director schroff and aggressively. After a fierce dispute, we paid and left the restaurant without a thought of another visit. FAZIT: Never again! Not recommended!

Thank you to the Bella Italia team. The food was super delicious...the appetizer was the hammer. The skin dish was super good. And all 15 guests were very satisfied. I can only say thank you again.

The food was served from the best quality, very fresh, tastefully wonderful and beautiful hot! The waiter was very dedicated and friendly. The wine was not decanted professionally, but I would like to overlook the good food. The boss who also helped in the service was very attentive and friendly! The only criterion for me was the somewhat bright sterile lighting, but candles were already at the table. We will surely come back, grazie Christina

Absolutely earned 5 stars! For many years we have been my whole family and I) here regulars. We are thrilled by the super friendly and always accommodating team. Even if there is a lot to go, you take a small waiting time for the excellent good food in buying waiting times are rarely the case. Most particularly recommended are the Rigatoni al forno. I'm here with my friends so often that we don't have to say what we want anymore, because the attentive service even remembers from one time what you love here. I can only recommend this restaurant with the best of conscience, so far everyone I have come here was delighted! GREAT LOB! By the way, you can also celebrate your birthday or wedding day with small surprises!
