Bidrage med feedbackOverall a lovely place for Sunday lunch, but be advised that the kitchen closes at 3 on a Sunday. The starter platter was one of the best I've had, especially the giblets. I had the crab curry which was both fun to eat (with a bib and Nut cracker to break shells) and delicious, as was my boyfriends picahna steak. However my dad's prawns were rather dry but still tasty. Definitely Worth a visit, and make sure to have the creme brule!
We didn't even take any photos, but the food was amazing. We had garlic snails for starters and shared 2 seafood platters between 5 people for mains, and it was sufficient (3 ladies, 2 men). The service was efficient, and the food was delicious. Fresh seafood that is super affordable for what you get. We had 3 desserts, they didn't have the coffee mousse that we wanted, so we ordered a creme brulee, rice pudding condensed milk cake (kind of like a creme caramel/baked custard situation). If you don’t like citrus, don't order any of these
Lunch Our waiter, Passmore, was a very good host. The meals were tasty. Don't expect fancy plating, the emphasis is on the authenticity of the meal. The prawn curry was very tasty, but very mild. I would like to go back for the chicken.
Again, our experience was top class. Please try the Pecanha steak, you will not be disappointed. Naturally, the sea food platter is out of this world with generous portions and garlic butter. The dessert was very enjoyable. The waitress understood our orders and is experienced in dealing with patrons. The owners are in attendance and are friendly. Safe parking is appreciated.
Excellent service from kitchen staff, waiting staff and management. Had a function with 24 guests, separate bills allowed, hot food served to everyone. 10/10 well done!
