No.1 Pancake Albany - Auckland

Unbelievable! What a unique little food in Rosedale. I tried both a hearty and a sweet pancake; ham cheese and cinnamon brown sugar. Both were as delicious as each other and made clear with decent ingredients. I highly recommend giving this place a leap, there is one of those restaurants that once you hear about it and give it a leap there will be a addiction and a place you are eager to try others. Extremely friendly customer service that I suspect is the owners. Must support these little gems.

I went to No1 pancakes today and ordered the pineapples, ham and cheese. The last time I was over ten years ago when I was a student in town. I highly recommend this place. Owners are still nice, passionate.

New clean location that is beautiful and quiet. Super friendly owners and excellent service. The pancakes are fantastic, they are certainly the best I had. Tasteful and a good amount of options at a decent price.

First order from the beautiful gem of an established company. The square N.o.1 Pancake has a history of 2 wonderful Korean seniors with her son. Going in the store is not only clean, but so inviting that the size is not the case of the shop, but the sheer kindness and smiles of the man and the woman team who have experienced this Korean pancake shop to the best my husband and I have ever experienced. Ordered Ham cheese and pineapple pancakes. Also for sweet.. Cinnamon pancakes and of course the chocolate pancakes with ice cream. Trust me these pancakes are not your normal European pancakes you would think of BUT Korean made pancakes that are from this world. Believe me, you should buy all and try this wonderful pancakes... Delicious scrum dedidelicious.. If that's a word, but I swear you must come to this beautiful pancake shop. What? Because it is authentic Korean and true to its name N.O. 1 Pancake Shop. Thank you for your delicious food.

Freshly made Korean pancakes. The cheese and potato, red bean were delicious! The wait is quite long (10-15mins) as they only cook it as per order ! So it’s not a grab and go lunch/snack if you’re crunch on time. Otherwise yum. Unfortunately they are closing this location and moving to rosedale/ Albany!
