Jervois Steak House Saloon - Auckland

The mac and cheese here is the best I've ever tasted, with a delightful truffle flavor. My partner insists that the gnocchi is the best he's ever had. The steaks are lovely as well. It's a bit pricey, but the quality of the food makes it worth it.

I ordered the medium scotch fillet, and it was incredibly juicy, mouthwatering, and melted in my mouth—it was absolutely delicious. For the sides, I highly recommend the baked candied kumara. It was delightfully sweet and creamy, and the aroma of pecans wafted up to my nose beautifully.

The food was absolutely delicious, and it was the best steak I've ever had. However, this is definitely a place for special occasions, as it can be quite pricey. I noticed a surcharge even when using EFTPOS. The servers were very friendly, though there was one who wasn't as accommodating.

Friendly staff, sophisticated ambience with good choice of music (and not so loud). Well recommend!

Very good meat, very fresh and good quality. Entrees are nice too.
