Giapo - Auckland

Yum, yum, yum!! Gf donuts, cookie pie, waffle cones stunning icecream. This is a treat place, it was reasonably expensive, however good for a treat (we went twice during our visit to Auckland)

Service has gone down , found hair in ice cream, went today and staff was coughing on top of ice cream. I didn't see Giapo around : disgusting

Aside from the ice cream, be careful of people waiting outside. Leftover bones and fruit were thrown from upstairs to downstairs several times, almost hitting people.

Very high prices, bad experience, ice cream half melted and I add poor hygiene in the preparations and in giving the samples of the tastes ... I can't understand who might like it both as a customer experience and as a product

Really fun ice cream experience! Big portions and obviously expensive but still enjoyable.
