Great customer service and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the product.

I ordered a small ham pizza and a garden salad that was supposed to take an hour and twenty minutes. It was really an hour and forty five minutes. Once it did arrive, the driver sat in her car for a good 10 minutes. When she does come to my door, she’s brought the wrong pizza and tried to get me to keep it. My salad was not the way I asked for it and I was not given the dressing I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant about the driver being so late, and they were rude to me. Once I saw that my salad was way wrong I tried calling the restaurant again but they kept hanging me on hold. I tried multiple times. I love hungry howies pizza but this will be the last time I order from them!

You can tell employees are trying worst thing you could ever do is take customer service out of the customer service industry. To have an automated system to populate times orders would be ready. All to have customers waiting an extra 45 mins!! We have ordered from this hungry howies for forever. But I can tell you tonight will probably be the very last time we do. In no kind of way are these employees set up for success. Having to deal with irritated customers all because the company themselves don't really comprehend what customer service is! Meaning not a call center who has people answering the phone, who DONT know how busy the store may be! Get it together.
