The steak is not authentic and the staff does not speak English. I was deceived by the restaurant as they brought me the wrong order and no one could communicate with me in English. This is America, you cannot simply take my money and provide subpar service. Have someone available to translate for customers. The lack of customer service and refusal to provide refunds is unacceptable. Just because you cannot speak English, it does not give you the right to serve whatever you want. The mall management needs to improve their standards. People should start recording the poor service provided by the restaurant in the mall. Those responsible for this frustration need to be held accountable. Their disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in this day and age. The health department should also inspect the unsanitary conditions in the kitchen.
