Mcdonald's - Auburn Hills

Whoever made the mcflurry of mobile order PZ24 deserves a raise!!! That mcflurry was one of the best I've ever had and it made my day. Bless you, you beautiful soul Ps this is my favorite mcdonalds!

This place is annoying! The communication between the app and the restaurant is ridiculous. It’s a huge joke! Anyone using the app is using for convenience. Where is the convenience in ordering ahead of time just to get there, wait in line and they tell you we don’t have espresso, machine is down, cleaning machine right now. And each time it’s a different number of minutes for how long that will take. The amount of “we don’t have frappes at this location” that I have heard is wild to me. Restaurant can’t cancel an order, app doesn’t allow customer to cancel an order. Can’t place a new order at a different location if this one is “not completed” so when the restaurant doesn’t have something or you can’t wait 20 mins on a 30 min lunch break from your full time job or nursing school, you just lose out your money, your time, and you’re still freaking sleepy! I have lived near this location for over a year now, and this has happened minimum 8 times I kid you not! There is another location by my children’s school, there is one by my school, there is one by my moms, I have never had an issue at any other location I promise! It’s only this one. It never fails.

Waited only few minutes..! Order was correct and food was fresh! Sometimes at night service can get frustrating!

I was at your business yesterday sunday the 10th u made my order wrong I called and complained u said u would replace it. Today I got told no and argued with. I went out to my car and showed proof I called! U replaced it again the wrong food! U guys can't make food right horrible customer experience
