Dunkin' - Auburn Hills

Was picking up Uber Eats and lady behind the counter was trying to tell me what MY job is. I’m an independent contractor and don’t have to do anything. That lady was rude and way out of line.Update: I have reached out to Uber Eats support and was informed that I am not required to wait more than 10 minutes to pick up an order. So that lady definitely needs to stay in her lane while she’s trying to tell me how to do my job. I did reach out to Dunkin Donuts customer service as well.Update 2: I’m not changing my rating, but I did update original comment as I believe it was the store owner that got back to me in a very decent time after reaching out to customer service. She was very polite and expressed empathy about how I was treated at the store.

If I can give negative stars I would. Visited here early morning and ordered an iced coffee. When I got to the window the lady handed me a hot coffee. I politely said that I ordered an iced coffee not hot. A guy she was working with came over and he said to her “ what did you do” and her reply was I didn’t make this mistake and walked away-very unprofessional. People there need a 101 class on customer service. I won’t be going back to this location if they were the last dunkin standing

Those mother fuckers charge too much and pile messy chocolate Donuts on top of one another in a bag. **** that ****. Donuts are never fresh. Get your asses up and make that **** in the middle of the night like the commercials claim

Went there this morning and my sausage egg and cheese croissant genuinely tasted disgusting. I am not one to complain about food at all. Went into the drive thru to dispute the issue and I kindly just asked for a remake when the GM of the establishment gave me a lot of attitude and said to come inside. I come inside simply asking for a remake as the egg tasted rotten. The GM of the location was very disrespectful and only offered me a refund. I will not be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
