Cottage Inn Pizza - Auburn Hills

I ordered delivery and my Philly cheesesteak was made incorrectly. When I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone was quite rude and seemed unconcerned. The level of professionalism was very lacking, and on top of that, the sandwich itself wasn't great. I won’t be ordering from there again.

I just tried to place an order and was denied my delivery because I don't meet the mininum order requirement. I would have to order more food in order to get what I have earned. This is a gimmick. The manager says she knows nothing about the points system. I will not order another $9 worth of food to get what I have already earned.

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve ever had! I decided to delete my previous review and update it instead. We used to order from Jet’s, but not anymore. The pizza I had tonight was incredible, and I’m so glad I reached out to you guys. Fantastic job, everyone! Excellent service and delicious food. I'm totally hooked!

My husband and I frequently order from this restaurant, and they consistently deliver exceptional service and punctuality. The food is always warm and delicious! Today, I called in and was assisted by a young lady named Jordan. Despite my numerous changes to the order, she handled everything with remarkable patience and kindness. Thank you, Jordan, for being such a wonderful representative of the company! And thank you to Cottage Inn for consistently providing excellent food and service!
