Burger King - Auburn Hills

I visited this restaurant at 8pm on February 12th, 2023. All the employees were standing outside by the back door with it open. When I tried to place an order, they said they were closed and were very rude. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Manager. Was rude. The food was wrong. The manager had no idea. How to fix the problem. Cuz when I asked for him to tell him how my order was wrong. .he said he was bizzy and. Couldn't hear my complaint. So. I couldn't even refund my order for being. Wrong I had to pull off before I went to jail .

So the mozzarella sticks were definitely old and so were the fries. You can tell they'd just been sitting on the shelf and they just dumped them in grease for a few moments and served them. They forgot my marinara sauce as well. Will not be going back to this location.

Service was really poor. Person who takes the order just turned their mic off when i was just trying to explain something not trying to make their job more of a hassle. Got attitude at the window as well. Food came out within seconds though that was a plus and food was good.

I visit this restaurant approximately once a week. One time, I encountered a sullen woman when placing my order. Since that experience, I have opted to use the restaurant's app instead.
