Burger King - Auburn Hills

Facts: this is a Burger King in a mall. Therefore, why was i just told that they don't accept any BK coupons whatsoever because they've opted out. Come on! Be thankful that you're open and getting business during a pandemic and accept coupons like every other BK. The coupons are equivalent to a couple of dollars, but the message that your opt out mantra sends resonates. And by the way, your food is mediocre at best.

I ordered 8 pc mozzarella sticks they only gave me 6 no sauce and they were cold and the cashier was extremely rude

Nice people. I loved how my son for a cookie instead of a toy. He doesn't like kids meal toys anymore. They should do this at all fast food places. Or at least say toy or cookie. This bk ran out of toys. But the problem I had here was watching the manager making sandwiches while moving his eye glasses several times. I hope we don't get sick!

The service at this location was amazing on 9/4/19! I work at the AT&T in the mall and a I have been to this Burger King a couple other times and it was a mediocre experience. The burger fries and drink were phenomenal and the cashier was very friendly and really brightened my mood. I?ve only left 2 other google reviews in my life however I thought this was absolutely necessary.

The experience was quite unpleasant. I noticed three employees with very long hair, and none of them were wearing hair nets. One of the women had so much hair that it looked like it belonged to a lion. It was definitely a concern.
