Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant - Auburn

Food was old and dry I bought 2 two for six and 2 roast beef both dry and little meat and 1 chicken sandwich had 2 tiny hard chicken strips that was old and dry we got know sauce for roast beef I spent 13.00 for I was very disappointed, they gave us that food knowing it was old and dry and hard.

The food was ok. They close at like 900pm but they cut the outside lights off at 800-830pm so they can clean. When 900pm hits they lock up turn the lights outside back on. Talk about lazy!!

Love that the Chicken Pecan salad sandwich is back……but to my disappointment I pretty much had bread for lunch!! It was less than half the amount of chicken salad as in the past. Not even enough to spread to the edge of the bread!!!! Arbys you have to do better than that!!!! If I had know I could submit a photo before I ate it I would have!!

My man and I really enjoyed eating was great. the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. will be back soon: 5/5

Rude, not back. the customer service at this place is terrible. ordered a bark n cheddar meal in the trip thru. I have a regular roast beef. I wanted to correct myself. the girl never said a word. she said the kitchen to make a new sandwich, and when the kitchen there was her, she threw it into a bag. then she ripped it on the counter and went away, not say a word again. I don't care if your food is a top button. I'm pretending to worry you just to get what I paid for, and you lost my business. I tried to contact someone about it, but no luck.
