Service and quality of food have decreased over the years.

Just bought an Italian sandwich with a bag of chips and soda and it cost $17! The sandwich is okay but not worth $17. Going to have to make my own sandwiches from now on. Bye Sam's.

Normally really great experience and delicious food, my last visit though was not so much. My family and I each said we wanted salt pepper and oil and none of us got any. I also asked for extra tomatoes but no to yhe other veggies and got charged an extra $1.20 even though I just had tomatoes on it. I know many places do that though so I wasn't that surprised until I opened my sandwich to find maybe one extra slice of tomato on my Italian vs my family members who got regular tomatoes. Very frustrated and disappointed in this expirence. Sorry for the lanthy comment.

I am a long time Sam's customer for over 40 years and have been to this location a number of times and always a great experience. Recently I stopped in for a bite on my way to my second job. I ordered a Mini Ham Pizza which came back as Cheese. They immediately made me another but made me a 10 inch for the trouble and I absolutely ate every bite, graciously. Very friendly service and the great Sam's food you would expect.

The food is good, it's a local favorite. The staff is polite. Atmosphere is local hometown subshop experience.
