Pho U Plus Burger - Auburn

Love the atmosphere! the lady who served me and my friend made us feel comfortable and home, would definitely go back there.

I still need to sample more items from their menu, but I can't get enough of their banh mi! The bread has the perfect crunch, the meat is flavorful, and there's just the right amount of sweetness. I also enjoy their spring rolls, and the dipping sauce is spot on. The gyoza is tasty as well. And don't forget to try their delicious Boba tea.

The food at this restaurant is decent. However, it appears that everything is either frozen or store-bought. It's unclear if anything is actually fresh. The burger patties are frozen and the fries seem to be from a store, most likely Costco (I've purchased the same ones there). There's nothing special about this place. Customers should at least be given fresh food when they're paying for it. It would be so simple for them to make fresh burgers and fries on their own.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but the staff were quite rude. The food was undercooked and when I complained, they didn't even offer a replacement.
